Junior – Service Engineer (Professional Printing Products)
Location: Seksyen U1, Shah Alam
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
Job type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide field service support inclusive of system installation, modification and software upgrading.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on high-speed printers.
• Provide 24/7 standby on-site service on a weekly rotational basis.
• Ensure key operator/ client trained in the correct usage of the machine when required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma/ Certificate in Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in office automation industry or IT related fields.
• Preferably with knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
• MCP or MCSE Certification will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively for field service support.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to travel overseas for training
• Multilinguals with Mandarin / Japanese is an advantage
