Sales Support Executive (Junior/Fresh)
Place: Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Masai.
Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.45pm
(Lunch break:12.30pm – 1.30pm)
JOB FUNCTION:
* Dealing with supplier for the disbursement docs
* Preparation of agreement and initial payment quotation and invoice
* Checking and filling all the agreement, invoice and other related docs to ensure the disbursement smoothly
* Dealing with insurance agent to quote the quotation and cover note
* Dealing and assist customer for e-mandate
* To support and assist credit & marketing team
* Handle in processing new and existing loan submission
* Assist in interviewing customers and request necessary document for loan processing
* Follow up any outstanding loan documents from customers & supplier
* Assist to carry out processing activities to achieve the team target in term of volume amount and number of clients
* Timely follow-up on outstanding loan documentation, fostering strong relationships with both customers and team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Diploma holder and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
* At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar industry, however fresh graduates may apply.
* Basic understanding of contract law, Hire Purchase Act and Company Act.
* Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints.
* Patient, detail-oriented, good communication skill and eager to help others.
* Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task.
* Possess own transport and willing to work in Masai
