Sales Assistant (Japanese Speaker)
Place: Seksyem 16, Shah Alam
Salary: up to RM5,000
Job Type:Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
JOB FUNCTION:
1. Support for Sales Activities of the MD and Assistant Manager:
2. Business Development Activities:
・ Mainly approach Japanese and local companies via phone and email for new business opportunities.
3. Accompanying the MD to Business Meetings:
・Provide language support to the MD during meetings with local companies.
・Business trips may be required if clients are located far away
4. Coordination with Internal Departments:
・Collaborate with various departments within the company, including Manufacturing, Procurement, and Accounting
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Possess Diploma or Bachelor in any field
* Min 1 years experience in sales support work/sales admin work in manufacturing or trading field is most preferable.
* Fresh gradaute with japanese speaker is welcome too
* Good communication skills in English & Japanese (JLPT 2 or above)
* Well know in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
* Those who can actively learn and act independently
* Knowledge of trade practices is prefeable
* Willing to outstation to meet customers if request
* Possess own transport
