IT Executive (Japanese Speaker)
Location: Bukit Jalil
Salary: up to RM 5,600(nego)
Job Type: Permanent; Full Time
WORKING HOURS:
Basic time frame is Monday To Friday : 10:00 – 19:00
(Lunch time is 1 hour) or another time frame, or working on weekend or national holiday, depending on the case.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Advance IT project such as POS, network, & a set of IT devices (PC & printer) in expanding our new store, warehouse & office in ASEAN region.
* Monitor IT vendors’ implementation work & managing the schedule
* Negotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service for our benefit, especially during estimation with them.
* Provide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters during implementation
* Install Firewall device (“Fortigate” as of now) & do netowrk verification testing
* Observe POS assembling work by IT vendor & do system integration testing between POS system & core system
Requirements:
* Posses at least diploma or degree in IT certification
* At least 3 years and above in IT industry or BPO industry for IT project
* Posses JLPT N2 or above
* Experience in troubleshooting for network for more than 3 years
* Experience of team lead or project management
* Passport for business trip to foreign country
* Posses own transport
* Must willing to outstation if requested
