AVP – Group Corporate Strategy
Place: Bangsar South, KL.
Salary: up to RM8,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Friday 0900am -0530pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support in formulation of business plans and strategies.
• Assist in the management and development of business’s KPI infrastructure to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans, budgets and strategic objectives.
• Assist and support in strategy formulation, collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the maintenance of an effective strategy department inclusive of management, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel and identifying and advising on areas for enhancement and focus.
• Assist the Vice President and business heads in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage.
• Work with the business’s senior executives in setting the vision and agenda of the business and work with the day-to-day planning teams in developing a clear roadmap that will realize the business’s vision.
• Assist and support group-wide implementation of environmental, social & governance-related material issues and key goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate strategy and planning position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills
• Good command in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Posses own transport
