Retail Sales – Senior Executive
Location: KL Eco City
Salary: RM3000-RM5000
Job Type: Permanent; full-time

WORKING HOURS
Monday To Friday: 8:30 – 17:30
(Lunch break : 13:00 – 14:00 )

JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Providing assistance to a sales Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities
• Learn from Sales Manager while taking good communication and team work among the team
• Love and understand the culture of company and company products
• Analyze the market, competitor, and company itself
• Come up with the solution and share the solution to the team through the analysis
• Check and manage the documentation based on the requirement (e.g. Promotion claim, Distributor claim, Claim from Merchandisers, etc.)
• Visit outlets for the negotiation with customers and market analysis
• Come up with the solution and share the solution to the team through the analysis
• Take proper action based on the approval and instruction from the management
• Be the part of the control tower to manage and handle the Merchandisers of company

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be sensitive in changes on market trends and adjust accordingly after discuss and get approval of sales management.
• Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
• Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.
• Ensure the welfare of merchandisers, promoters, and that their concern are noted and addressed.
• Good communication and cooperation with others department colleagues to make sure daily jobs are on track and smoothly.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
• Coordinate with supplier to make a good arrangement for events
• Negotiation skills also needed to protect company’s benefit while fulfill customer’s needs and demand.
• Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process.
• Satisfy customer’s needs and request, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
• Good communicate and deliver correct message. Also company’s direction to customer to make sure customer’s planning are same with company’s decision.
• Participating in any company’s events.
• Assist to develop new market
• Common task for Manager as per listed in General JD for Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager Level

REQUIREMENT:
• Min Bachelor or Diploma
• Experience in the food sales business for 3 years or more
• Language: Well in English; additional language is advantage
• Profiency in Microsft word, ppt and excel
• Logical thinking Skill, Communication Skill (phone, email), Negotiation Skill, Problem solving Skill,
• Possess driving license and own transport
• Company car is available only for the marketing purpose
