Job Type: Full-Time; Permanent
Working Hours:
・Mon – Fri 9am-5pm
・Working hours for weekend may differ depends on bookings
・Able to work from home ( No need to come to office everyday)
Job Description:
・Sell properties to Japanese and arrange necessary activities
・Search properties which suit to each clients
・Arrange viewing with local owners/agents
・Attend viewing, tour, inquiry from Japanese
・Provide support to Japnese clients after move in/buy property
Requirement:
・JLPT N2 and above
・Must be able to speak English
・Flexible & Responsible
・Basic PC skill (word, excel, ppt, pdf)
・Fast reply & be on time
・Posses valid driving license and own transport
・Prefer new graduate or young person who has no work experience in the same industy.
・Prefer a person who can work with us for long
