Finance Assistant Manager
Place: Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, Melaka
Salary: RM5000 – RM6500

Working hours:
Mon – Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Lunch break: 1pm – 2pm )

Saturday: 8.30am-1.00pm half day
2 Saturdays per month (4 weeks), If 5 weeks will be 3 saturdays

Job Responsibilities:
・Prepare month end closing reports, expenses analysis and monthly P&L reporting analysis
・Prepare monthly intercompany analysis
・Prepare quarterly analysis
・Verify all sales transactions
・Review all journal entries, supplier reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation before month end closing.
・Prepare forecast weekly cashflow and review daily cashflow balance for cashflow planning management
・Release approval transactions
・Check and review all PV for trade & non trade payments before submit for approval.
・To liaise with KPMG auditor on quarterly & yearly audit.
・Assist the Finance Head on ad-hoc whenever necessary

Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance; Accountancy or equivalent
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
· Candidate should possess initiative and be able to work independently
· Proficient in both written and spoken languages, English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
