Medical Delegate
Office: Wisma UOA Damansara II (MRT Semanta)
Salary: up to RM6,000
Job Type: Permanent; full-time
WOKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8:45AM – 5:30PM
(Hybrid mode – Wednesday compulsory meeting)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote and sell our CNS products to healthcare professionals, such as specialist physicians, GPs & pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers in both the public and private setting.
• Supporting the product listing process in both public and private setting in your territory
• Developing and executing a territory sales plan (including targeting, classification, segmentation of customers, to achieve and exceed sales goals and objective
• Achieve assigned sales target and to grow the assigned territory to its fullest potential
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers.
• Educate healthcare professionals about our products, features & benefits, and its indicated usage.
• Organize and lead speaker presentations to support the education of healthcare professionals about our products, features & benefits, and its indicated usage of our products
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Life-Science related field (e.g. Biology, Pharmacy) are highly preferred.
• Few years of working experience (esp with hospital experience) in the pharmaceutical industry are highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, training will be provided.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting and analyzing sales data and market trends to guide decision-making.
• Living in North/East coast area
