Sales Executive (Biomass Division)
Office: Menara Hap Seng 2, KL
Salary: up to RM 6,000
Job Type: Permanent; full-time
WOKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8:30-17:15
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for sourcing of biomass material suppliers in Malaysia (e.g.wood pellet manufacturers,PKS-palm kernel shell producers).
* Develop understanding and knowledge of the industry and its market to cater to the clients’ demands.
* Manage own /team’s purchasing and selling portfolio,liaise with logistic /operations,and risk management teams to ensure smooth,profitable operations.
* Ensure trade receivable and payable are all made on time.
* Participate in entertainment occasions with suppliers and customers; In order to adapt into industry culture,as well as to maintain close relationship and well-being.
* Liaise with the headquarters in Japan and other subsidiaries under Company Group such as Singapore,Thailand, and Indonesia.
* Provide support to overseas team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Possess diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent
* Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Visio.
* Possess good communication skills and commitment towards the jobs assigned.
* Willing to work and travel to overseas countries as and when necessary (for business purposed)
* Possess a valid driver’s license.
