Project Engineer
Place: Subang Jaya
Salary: up to RM3,500
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8AM- 5PM
JOB FUNCTION:
* The successful candidate will be actively involved in project implementation, on-site installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, and providing technical support to our customers.
* This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate customer requirements into actioon able feedback for the project team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.Project Implementation
* Assist in executing engineering projects, including on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of machines and systems.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
* Liaise effectively between customers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare progress reports and installation completion reports for internal and customer review.
B.Troubleshooting & Support
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues during and after commissioning.
* Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
C.Customer Training
* Deliver hands-on training sessions for customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
* Develop, update, and provide training materials, user guides, and documentation.
D.Customer Communication
* Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges.
* Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is accurately conveyed and incorporated into project improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
* Possess own car and willing to travel and work on-site when required.
* Knowledge related to conveyor system or Automated Warehouse System is a plus.
