Account Manager (BIS – Large Enterprise Group)
Place: Seksyen U1, Shah Alam
Salary: up to RM4,200
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 8.30 am-5.30 pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Defend, grow and expand sales volume from existing Canon’s top notch corporate accounts
* Aggressively achieve market share; converting major accounts into Canon customers
* Engage with C-suite members of corporate customers
* Perform full sales function, including pre and post-sales activities
* Proactive account management for existing clients
* Build strong business relationships with our clients and ensure service offerings are met
* Prepare quotations, tenders, site walks/surveys, minutes of meetings with customers
* Perform sales demonstration and presentations to clients
* Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets
* Relationship management – develop and maintain good relationship with all and potential clients
* Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated
* Liaise with internal Divisions to ensure requests are followed up
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
* At least 3 years’ relevant experience in key account management
* Possess positive behavioural, attitude and mindset
* Aggressive, strong desire to make and earn money
* Has strong analytical skills and good business acumen
* Possess good knowledge of managed print services solution selling
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with people
* Responsive and committed to tender submissions
* Proposal cost simulations and tabulating site survey assessment
* Proficient in MS Office
* Committed to stay beyond official hours for documentation and tender preparation
