Safety Executive
Place: Bukit Raja, Klang, Shah Alam
Basic Salary: RM3,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
・ Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
・ Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a safe working environment.
・ Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
・ Collaborate with departmental managers and supervisors to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures.
・ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
・ Prepare reports and make presentations to management and external stakeholders on safety performance and initiatives.
・ Provide leadership and guidance to employees on safety-related matters.
・ Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
・ Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health, Management, or a related field.
・ Completion of certified safety and health courses.
・ 2-3 years of relevant experience in safety and health (preferred).
・ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
・ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
・ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
・ Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
・ Must possess own transport for travel to various locations as required.
