Place: Bukit Bintang
Salary: RM5000 (annual fix salary will be 13 months) + Commission + Bonus
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Lunch break : 1 hour )
JOB FUNCTION:
Recruit people for the vacancy of clients and our projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including Sourcing , Interview and Matching
・Function as a career counsellor and talent advisor, working with candidates and clients to guide their recruiting journey.
・Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating of the rates
・Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery of the service
・Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, that includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and on-boarding with the client
・Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients’ needs and requirements
・Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
・Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
・Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
REQUIREMENTS:
・Candidate must obtained at least Diploma or Degree in any field
・More than 5 years experience in recruitment industry
・Skill: proficiency in English & BM. Mandarin is added advantage
・Strong drive for results, action-oriented, with self-direction and sense of urgency
・An ability to work in a highly demanding but rewarding environment
・High level of energy with strong attention to detail and professionalism
・Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
