Product Support Consultant (SaaS)
Salary: RM3000 – RM6000
Place: KL- Menara Bangkok Bank
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm
Job scope:
• Keep systems running smoothly and ensure clients get the maximum benefit with minimum downtime
• Monitor and maintain the systems within the AWS platform
• Talk to clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help any resolve issues raised by Clients
• Liaise with developer for troubleshoot system, diagnosing and drive the solving for any failure
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support the roll-out of new applications with Project Development Consultant
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion and ensure Client aware the issues raise to be closed
• Prioritize and manage many open cases/issues at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with all stakeholders
• Test and Evaluate any new update system release from developer
• Monthly report to Management on the client feedback and satisfaction
• Managing the payment collection from each Clients.
Requirement:
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Product/System Support
• Although this area of work is open to bachelor’s degree or foundation degree, the following subject or experience will be added as advantage:
– business information technology
– business administration
– project management
– business systems engineering
– computer science
– information technology
– internet engineering
– software engineering.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in Malay & English.
• Ability to speak in Chinese will be added as advantage
