HR Manager/Senior Manager
Place: Seksyen 16 – Bandar Baru Bangi
Salary: RM8000 – RM10000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 0830am – 1800pm

Job Description :
1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR matters (recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits,
employee relations & engagement, learning & development, IR, Training and welfare
activities)
2. Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures and HR budget, aligned with
the overall business strategy
3. Conduct regular review of compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
4. Review bonus / incentives, recognition, benefits, and awards to drive high performance and
retain key talents
5. Plan, organize and manage the Performance management system
6. Analyse local labour market, identify the current and future needs of the business
7. End-to-end recruitment activities, including selections, offers and acceptance
8. Ensure the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and
practices.
9. Involve in yearly budgeting, manage staff cost, confirmation, annual appraisal, evaluation and
yearly bonus pay out.
10. Provide HR guidance and advice to the management on government initiatives, best practices
and employment act
11. Working closely with the Department Managers to ensure the effective flow of resources
throughout the business. Always, adhering to the specific needs of each department.
12. Build HR team that can support the organization’s needs – provide guidance to the HR team
members to deliver the full spectrum of human resources services to support the team
13. To work closely with 3rd party payroll vendor in payroll administration and any related issues
as well as the effective application of the labour legislation
14. Review, develop and plan Learning & Development policies, processes, and programs to
ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and career succession
planning.
15. Deploy training programs that raises the capabilities of all employees and that clearly
communicates expectations for performance
16. Responsible for employee engagement and related matters, including disciplinary issues, etc
17. Perform any other duties and functions assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement:
1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
2.Minimum 8 -10years’ Human Resource experience in a managerial position, with experience in leading a team.
3.Candidate must possess knowledge of the Employment Act, Labour Law, and other relevant areas of Human Resource
4.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
6.Familiar with EA 1955 and IRA 1967 and other related statutory Acts
7.Knowledgeable/experience in Foreign Workers’ application, renewal, recruitment, immigration process, medical (FOMEMA) process and ability to handle & manage foreign workers.
8.Acquainted with immigration procedures in dealing with expatriate employment.
9.Experienced working with third party payroll system for the update of latest version of payroll functions.
10.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
