System Product Executive
Salary: up to RM 5,000
Office: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• To prepare sales technical reports by collecting, analyzing , and summarizing sales information, technical, and
application trends.
• To gather business requirements with technical solutions from customers directly or Sales team.
• To create and test software (system) updater/installer including configuration changes for future changes.
• To comply with configuration requirements for all equipment, hardware, system software, applications software,
data files, settings, customization for customers and internationalizations (languages).
• Record and manage the Inventory of the spare part ensure the inventory stock level for sales demand.
• To create and update product brochure and update website and SNS.
• Ac-hoc work assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess at least Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualifications,
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Good in excel, power point and photoshop.
• Possess a relevant experience and knowledge in handing computers / printers & Photo Imaging equipment will
be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills with all levels of workers.
• Able to work independently with less supervision.
• Knowledgeable in design and content creation for SNS will be an added advantage
