Legal Associate (Senior/Junior)
Office: Bangsar South, KL (Link bridge to LRT University Station)
Salary: up to RM8,000
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri: 9AM – 6PM
(Hybrid work and flexible working condition is entitled)
JOB FUNCTION:
* Advising clients in a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law.
* Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions.
* Supporting the transactional process, including participating in the due diligence process, managing day-to-day file management, providing updates, and actively contributing to discussions internally and with clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
* Proven few years experience in corporate or commercial practice for Senior level.
* Possess own transport
