Corporate Support Executive
Salary: up to RM 4,000
Location: KL Eco City, KL (5 min to LRT Abdullah Hukum station)
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time

 

WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday:  8:30am – 17:30pm

JOB FUNCTION:
• Coordinate kl and melaka office admin tasks and follow-up
• Coordinate bookings for business travel, training, and onboarding (hotel, flight, transport).
• Handle vendor liaison and follow-up (utilities, printer, pantry supplies, courier services)
• Manage company car servicing schedule and maintain logbook.
• Process employee claims (Touch ‘n Go, petrol, courier) and reconcile credit card usage record
• Track WFH records, movement logbooks, and disposal documentation.
• Support governance and compliance documentation (SOP, onboarding files, PDPA, etc.)
• Prepare and file supporting documents for approvals and audit.
• Assist with administrative setup for training, visitor, and VIP preparation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate general office administration (stationery, pantry, stock tracking).
• Manage bookings for travel, meetings, and onboarding logistics.
• Process claims (Touch ‘n Go, petrol, courier) and reconcile credit card usage.
• Liaise and follow up with vendors (utilities, printer, pantry, courier services).
• Coordinate internal car usage and update servicing schedule/logbook.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for SOP, onboarding, and governance.
• Assist in document preparation for internal/external audits.
• Track WFH records, staff movement logs, and document disposal activity.
• Compile and file supporting documents for management approvals and finance.
• Assist with administrative setup for training, events, and visitor arrangements.
• Coordinate VIP visit logistics and internal setup.
• Follow up on courier deliveries and record outgoing items.
• Maintain and organize compliance documents for internal filing.
• Provide coordination support between KL and MLK offices

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess Bachelor in business administration or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years in admin/finance/office coordination roles.
• Literate in computer and microsoft
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Good logical thinking to support cross-department tasks
• Experience in finance-related support tasks (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Ability to handle office operations, document control, and kl and melaka coordination
