②Production ーMetal Stamping Production Technician
Salary: RM 1,950 – RM 2,500
Place: Subang Hi-tech Industrial Park, Shah Alam
Job Type: Permanent; Full Time
WORKING HOURS:
① Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm
② 2 shifts – 7.00 am to 5.00 pm x 2 weeks & 5.30 pm – 3.30 am x 2 weeks
JOB OVERVIEW:
* Make tool and die parts for stamping dies
* Work as a technician field of electrical connector manufacturing in metal stamping,die setting,machine setup and inspection.
In charge of the metal stamping production output
* Die Setting & Die Maintenance
* Daily inspection and submit a daily output report to the Production Engineer
* Do quality check and diameter inspection on product.
* Inspecting, analysing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
* Creating reports, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
* Making recommendations by conducting tests and analysing the outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.Metal Stamping Division
* In charge of metal stamping production output – Run Product
* Die Setting preparation at Machine
* Daily inspection and submit daily output report to Production Engineer
* To ensure product’s packaging as per customer requirement
B.Tooling Division (Tool Maker)
* Operating Surface or Profile Grinding Machine for making Die parts
* Fabricate new parts for customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least SPM with Credit in Math subject
* SKM or diploma level is preferabel for Tool Maker position
* Possess own tarsport and willing to work in Shah Alam
* Good eyesight is a must
* Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
* Must have own transport and able to work on shift (2 shifts)
