WORKING HOURS
Mon to Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
JOB OBJECTIVE::
* Drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals
* Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 3 out 5 or higher in customer satisfaction surveys.
* Consistently deliver the promises to customers by follow closely with the timelines and provide data accuracy.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, demonstrated by repeat business and expansion.
* Identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identifying new sales opportunities
* Negotiating contacts and agreements
* Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts
* Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities
* Develop, maintain and update data for all accounts
* Provide weekly / monthly report and business insights to customers
* Coordinate customers’ projects and quotes
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Possess bachelor in Engineering field
* Fresh graduate is welcome
* Language: English & Japanese
* Willing to work in Shah Alam
* Possess own transport and willing to be outstation
