Executive (Plastics trade/Import, Export and Domestic)

Salary: up to RM5,000

WORKING HOURS:
Mon-Fri 9:00AM～5:40PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* (Trade) Import & export, stock planning & order management, logistics operations.
* (Trade) Sales coordination between domestic and international customers and suppliers.
* Pro-actively identify new markets and develop new business opportunities, build & promote strong & long-lasting customer business relationship.
* Regularily visit existing & potential new customers to expand sales, new penetration & increase market shares, and to resolve non-routine queries & problems.
* Regularily prepare reports on customer visit and business performance; by highlighting new business opportunities, quality problems and lost business analysis for action by the management.
* Compose quotation, correspondence, report and presentation .
* Closely follow up customer payment ageing and ensure prompt payment by the customer.
* Other ad hoc duties (business related) as and when required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor holder in Chemical or equivalent
* Between 2 years ~5 years experience in trading (sales and purchase negotiation) in commodity resin is preferable
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
* Domestic and international business trips required time-to-time.
* Positive attitude to learning new things, researching for new Projects.
* High sense of responsibility, aptitude for team-work and problem solving.
* Good social skills, friendly and proactive in networking.
* Possess own transport & willing to be outstation if requested
