Salary: RM3000-RM4000
RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Lead the production team to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
2-Optimize productivity and machinery capacity.
3-Initiate problem solving and trouble shooting processes.
4-To prepare research and proposal to management in terms of suitable and efficient methods of production
improvement in automotive industry.
5-Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.6-Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.
7-To lead in monitoring and improving process and drive internal corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
1 . Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
2. Japanese Speaker
3. Open for Fresh Graduate or having 1-2 years working experience
