Production Manager
Location: Seksyen 7, Shah Alam
Salary: up to RM 10,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time

WORKING HOURS:
・Mon – Thu 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12noon – 12:40pm).
Breaktime : 10am-10:10am, 3pm-3:10pm
・Friday: 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12:50pm – 2:30pm. )
Breaktime : 10am-10:10am
・In 2025 only 3 working day at Saturday

JOB FUNCTION:
・Oversee the entire production process to ensure products are made efficiently and on schedule.
・Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets
・Lead the production team to enhance production methods and improve productivity.
・Keep machines well-maintained to prevent breakdowns and delays.
・Follow safety guidelines to create a safe work environment.
・Address unexpected problems like delays or equipment failures promptly.
・Motivate and support the team to achieve their goals.
・Work closely with Quality Control to maintain excellent production quality.
・Quickly identified and resolve any problems that arise during production.
・Look for solution to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Having great leadership skills helps in guiding and inspiring a team made up of different people.
・Good at communicating, whether it’s writing or speaking, makes it easier to share ideas. Staying calm and focused when things get busy allows for juggling several tasks at once. Also, Excellent in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
・Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. including the systems and machines involved, is important. Knowing about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ways to keep improving processes is also key.
・Being skilled in using software for managing production, like ERP systems and scheduling tools, it is an advantages.
・Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
・Being able to thrive in a busy setting and adjust to shifting priorities.
・Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a
manufacturing setting.
・Create and oversee production timelines: Set up and modify production plans according to priorities and the availability of materials to meet deadlines.
・Supervise Production Team: Manage and support a production team, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and resolving any performance issues.
・Monitor Product Quality: Continuously monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications. Address and resolve quality issues in work close with the QC team.
・Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including cost reduction as well as waste reduction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
・At least Diploma or Degree
・Min 8-10 years experiences in production field
・With 5 years experiences as a manager role is preferable
・Skill: communication skill, leadership skill, people management skill, production management skill etc.
・Strong understanding of manufacturing processes improvement
・Possess own transport
