WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8:30AM – 6:00PM
JOB OVERVIEW:
・As a tech lead of the logistics solutions team, will be responsible for supporting all aspects of logistics software, and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient technology support for our users and business needs.
・Will be involved in implementation and development new solutions such as WMS, TMS or any other logistics / supply
chain solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Participate in the full project life cycle from the requirement gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support
・Ensure that the developed modules and deliverables meet expectations, and quality standards and are within schedule.
・maintain application and solve complex performance problems and bug fixing.
・Document and maintain design specifications, source code, and archives for new applications and ideas.
・Commit to continuous improvement and refinement of logistic methodology and delivery.
・Provide technical guidance and lean team members.
・Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
・Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
・Continuousaly discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
・Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in software full-cycle development project management.
• Familiarity with programming languages in both VB.Net, Java.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, Bootstrap, Ionic Framework etc.).
• Familiarity with relational database software (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, any other relational database).
• Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure Cloud etc.).
• Familiarity with integration methods (e.g. RESTful APIs, SOAP, OAuth, and other methods).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, Eclipse
etc.).
• Experience in database design and development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated, quick learner and passion for new technologies.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• A mentor/leader and a team-player at the same time.
• Preferable experience in development for logistics or supply chain management software.
• Preferable familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
