Accounting & General Affair Senior Executive (Japanese speaker)
Place: Bangsar South, KL (5 mins to LRT University Station)
Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A.Accounting
* Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly management account data to appointed accounting firm .
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including account receivable, account payable, and payroll processing.
* Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
* Prepare all accounting documents for account audit and collaborate with external auditors during financial adutis.
* Assist all inquiries from accounting firm, secreaty, tax agent, external and internal parties.
* Bank related-replace FD/withdraw FD, TT etc.
B.HR
* To provide HR support and services to all other departments, oversees the day-to-day HR operations (employee attendace, leaves application, etc)
* In charge for candidate onboarding & offboarding process.-Handle monthly payroll processing and preparation of EA & Form E.
* Manage comliance and timely submission of statutory documents and payments, e.g. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF.
* Expatriate monthly tax preparation and submission.
* Liaise with external partnes like insurance vendors, recruitment agency, visa application consultant etc.
* Liaise with external company secretary for company secretarial related matter.
* Liaise with all local authorities and related external parties on all correspondence in HR & GA related matter.
* Support Japanese Expatriates (EP application/renewal/cancellation, company housing management, company vehicle etc)
C.General Affair
* Oversees office administration including office supplies, telecommunication services, IT assets, etc.-Manage welfare-related events, including company functions, annual party etc.
* Handling company insurance including building, liabilities, medical and vehicle.
* Assist with insurance claims and renewal processes.
* Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, other general affairs.
* Application/renewal arrangement (project application such as CIDB, DBKL license etc)
D.Project Related
* Input engineers attendance into project payroll sheet .
* Prepare and input project payroll into the Final Budget Sheet (if any), send to TCF before 15th of the month.
* Ensure all project payment is update in the budget sheet.
* Ensure all informations in the Final Budget sheet are correct before send to TCF.
E.Others
* Any ad hoc assign by management/superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
* Proved few years experiences in Accounting function
* Able to do bookkeeping and full set accounting
* Able to converse in Japanese language
* Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
