Admin & Public Relations (Japanese Speaker)
Place: Semantan (MRT Sematan)
Salary: up to RM 6,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
(Lunch break: 1hr)
JOB FUNCTION:
1. ADMIN
・Schedule management for the President.
・Expense organization.
・Setting up meetings (approximately once a week)./ Interpreting and translating (infrequent)
・Handling visitor reception.
・Supporting data entry for HR and audit departments.
・Filing contract-related documents.
・Responding to phone inquiries for the company.
2.PUBLIC RELATIONS
・Collecting PR-related information from various countries and departments.
・Creating and managing PR content.
・Updating and managing the company’s website and social media accounts.
・Coordinating with PR companies, making requests, and summarizing reports.
・Building relations with media such as newspapers and PR magazines.
・Networking with chambers of commerce and Japanese companies in Malaysia.
・Assisting in event planning with the marketing department.
・Planning and proposing PR events, among other tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
・At least Bachelor in any field
・Preference is given to candidates with study experience in Japan or experience with Japanese corporate culture (not mandatory).
・The role requires high communication skills. thus, multi-language and high communication skill is preferable
・JLPT N2 or above
・Fresh graduate interested in entertaiment field is welcome

REMARK:
・ Overtime is not generally required.
・ There are also minimal business trips.
・ May need to do some translation
