Account Manager
Salary: up to RM6,000
Location: Wisma UOA II, Damansara Heights (MRT Samantan)
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 9AM -6PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Manage sales for 15 outlets (as of November 2024), including cash, card, and QR payments.
* Handle transactions and payments for rent, utilities, food and beverage supplies, and equipment.
* Manage payroll, taxes, and social security payments, along with related data collection.
* Perform monthly closing tasks.
* Coordinate with outlets, negotiate with banks and suppliers regarding the above tasks.
* Work with relevant departments to resolve billing and payment issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of experience and proven expertise in accounting, handling tasks from A to Z.
* Experience in managing AP, AR, and GL comprehensively.
* Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL is an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
* Capable of performing tasks independently while managing subordinates effectively.
* Proactive in solving problems without waiting for instructions
* Possess own transport
