Accounts & Admin Executive (Senior/Assistant Manager)
Salary: up to RM8,000
Location: Samalaju, Bintulu, Sarawak

WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 08:00〜17:00
JOB FUNCTION:
HR Work:
• Develop and implement HR and GA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct the recruitment and selection process, promotion, and demotion.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee salaries, attendance, permission.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation.
Accounting Work:
• Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly management account data to appointed accounting firm .
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including account receivable, account payable, and payroll processing.
• Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
• Prepare all accounting documents for account audit and collaborate with external auditors during financial adutis.
• Assist all inquiries from accounting firm, secreaty, tax agent, external and internal parties.
• Bank Related-replace FD/withdraw FD, TT etc.
General Affair/others:
• Oversees office administration including office supplies, telecommunication services, IT assets, etc.
• Manage welfare-related events, including company functions, annual party etc.
• Handling company insurance including building, liabilities, medical and vehicle. Assist with insurance claims and renewal processes.
• Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, other general affairs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Accounting equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of working experience or 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Prefer someone who has experience working for manufacturing background
• Solid understanding of HR and Accounting principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
• Strong recruitment and selection skills, including the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Possess own transport
