Assistant Engineer – Production (Jap Speaker)(Fresh Graduate)
Location: Sendayan Techvalley, Seremban
Salary: up to RM4,500
Job Type: Permanent; Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the production team to eet nredfct quality and delivery requirements.
• Optimize productivity and machinary capacity.
• Initiate problem solving and trouble shooting processes
• To prepare research and proposal to management in terms of suitable and efficient methods of production improvement (KAIZEN) in automotive industry.
• Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plent operations and processes.
• Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.
• To lead in monitoring and improving process and drive internal corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
• Japanese Speaker with JLPT N2 and above
• Open for Fresh Graduate or having 1-2 years working experience
