Mon- Fri – 9am to 5.30pm
・Act on behalf of Sales Assistant Manager during his absence. ・Authorized to sign Sales documents (such as Invoice, Delivery order, Packing List and others)
・Authorized to sign customer’s orders, cancellation orders.
・Action taken on customer’s complaint or any unsatisfactory.
・Get order forecast from customers.
・Follow up customer over due payment.
・Responsible for customer’s delivery.
・Seek for new customers and service current customers base as defined by superior.
・Provide Quotation to customers.
・Coordinate and furnish monthly stock check for Finished Goods store.
・Additional responsibilities are fulfill the job instructed by Superior.
・If appointed as Automotive customer representative. He / she shall ensure that customer requirement are addressed.
・Authorized to sign Invoice, Delivery Order and Custom Forms.
・Handle of verbal order.
・Liaise with customer on the status of orders.
・Follow up on urgent deliveries for customer.
・Follow up customer’s overdue payment.
・Supervise Sales Clerk and Delivery Clerk.
・Assist Sales Executive and Sales Assistant Manager on customer quotation.
・Additional responsibilities are fulfill the jobs given by Superior. ・Carry out monthly stock check for finished goods.
・Provide Quotation to customer.
・If appointed as Automotive customer representative. He / she shall ensure that customer requirements are addressed.
・At least Diploma or degree
・Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
・1- 2 years sales experience is prefer but not a must
・Posses own trasport
