Mon – Fri 8:30 – 18:30
Friday praying for male employee: 13:30pm – 14:30pm
JOB FUNCTION:
・ To monitor & control the factory machine, equipment, process flow & building to enable smooth operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Schedule operations of plant equipment, utilities & systems
Improvement of efficiency/guide on engineering issue- train, equip & motivate subordinate to ensure accomplishment of maintenance program in a safe, timely & cost-effective manner
・Upkeep equipment/machineries in optimum & systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely
manner & to identify opportunities for improvement
・Maintain & assist in enforcement of safety for all maintenance department, review safety record to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians
・Draft of maintenance schedule for all machines in the plant and ensure that the preventive maintenance is carried out as scheduled
・Oversess repair of damaged machineries as and when necessary
・Planning of facilities & machineries
・Planning & implementating plant improvements & expansions, plan for machineries expansion/investment, discuss and attend to new machineries installation
QUALIFICATIONS:
・At least Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering background
・ Preferable candidate with at least 3 years working experiences of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic in Manufacturing fields
・Electrical Engineer experience and skill required
・Skill in Wiring, PLC operating, Internal audit, communication, documentation & reporting
・Must be able to speak Japanese and English
・Posses own transport
