Supervisor – Sales (OEM)
Office: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM3500 – RM4500
Job Type: Permanent; Full Time
WORKING HOURS:
Monday To Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor sales & delivery schedule to Customers, with regular visits & provide feedback to Management in a timely manner.
• Meet up with customer regularly and monitor customers’ buying trends to anticipate changes.
• Provide feedback & support in generating any ad hoc reports from time to time on Sales Volume, Profit & Loss, Costs.
• Provide agreed support & product training in support of OEM Customer’s initiatives.
• Follow up with OEM Customers on sales projection, collection of payments, future directions & volume.
• Provide the same services of 1-5 above for Customer’s Genuine Oil & Factory Filled Division.
• Provide feedback & support in information gathering for ILM’s Logistics, Inventory & Accounts departments.
• New sales development , existing business expansion to achieve sales KPI .
• Responsible to have good sales strategies to increase market share.
• Responsible to make profit and achieve GP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• New business development – OEM
• Existing business expansion , increase products line-up
• Conduct training and support Industrial or IBMO when neccessary
• Doing Value Analysis Report
• Doing Customer Visit Report and build relationship
• Planning the sales program for AMO products [ calculation and program minitoring ]
• Doing sales quotation and responsible for the selling price ensure making profit
• Monitor stock status and shelf life [ stock inventory system ]
• Weekly meeting with management and team members
• Liaise with affiilate OEM PIC to gather or to support sales information or data
• Responsible to do sales budget , A&P budget follow company direction [ will communicate with senior ]
QUALIFICATION:
• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or Engineering or similar suitable qualification.
• Relevant working knowledge in Sales and Ms Office especially Ms Excel & Ms Powerpoint.
•At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales.
•Able to work under minimum supervision and able to communicate well at all levels.
•Pleasant outlook with good command of English, good work attitude and willingness to learn.
• Posses valid driving license and own transport
