Production Control Executive (PCE)
Place: Subang Hi-Tech Shah Alam
Salary: RM3000 – RM4300
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities :
•Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products
•Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
•Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases
•Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
•Handling customer inquiries to update the delivery date of the order and ensuring successful delivery of finished goods.
•Coordinate with Production and QC team to provide the justification and recovery plan for any backlog and update the customer timely.
•Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
•Input data in system QnE (ERP) to create updated status reports for quick reference of project progress and deadlines.
•Have knowledge for both ISO 9001 & 14001.
•Candidate must be Chinese only and able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
•Good communication skills and good attendance
Requirements:
• At least 2 years working experience and above
