Salary: up to RM6,000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 9:00-17:30
(Hybrid working condition)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
・ Advising clients in a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law.
・ Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions.
・ Supporting the transactional process, including participating in the due diligence process, managing day-to-day file management, providing updates, and actively contributing to discussions internally and with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
・ Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
・ A minimum of 2 – 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience in M&A, corporate or commercial practice
・ Excellent writing/drafting and analytical skills
・ Team player
・ Motivated
・ Able to work independently
