Admin Senior Executive
Location: Menara Hap Seng 2, KL
Salary: up to RM6000
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS
Monday- Friday: normal working hours
JOB FUNCTION :
• Mainly handle HR, General Affairs function and Sales Support matter
HR & ADMIN:
• Able to in-charge full spectrum of HR is most welcome but not a must since there is few staff in the same department
• Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
• Payroll, benefit and compensation management
• Liaison with government officials
• Update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
• Manage manpower planning, medical, performance evaluation
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
• Any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time
SALES SUPPORT:
• Provide administrative support and documentation to Sales Team
• Liaise and coordinate with customers to ensure efficient pre-sales and post-sales service
• Arrange and monitor the delivery schedule and communicate with customer
• Co-ordination and communication with internal sales team and clients in project
• All sales replated supports
• Any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time
REQUIREMENT:
• Female with at least degree in HR or related
• At least 4-5 years experience in HR & Admin in finance background (Must)
• Must be able to speak fluent English. If can speak Japanese, is added advatage but not a must
• Working for Japanese company is welcome
