WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 0900am – 1800pm

JOB FUNCTION:
• Person in charge of managing residential/PropertyBuilding units for expatriates to be opened in 2024.
• Pre-opening
-Start-up of rental housing (establishment of management system)
-Investigation of tenant services (in collaboration with LaLaport).
• After opening
-Service operation support
-Support for cleaning, security, equipment and other contractors
• Oversee the day to day operations, facilities, maintenance and other supports
• Attending monthly meeting and site meeting with top management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In charge of all facilities and operation matters concerning M&E building maintenance including of Property and dealing with all matter regaring toresident and tenant
• Experienced in managing strata property, gated and guarded community, office and shops space and commercial building
• In charge of the PMO management services of residential services
• Managing completed Residential or Commercial project and buildings.
• Responsible for arranging, managing, and conducting Management Committee meetings, preparing Agenda, MOM, Matters Arising, Management Reports and Complaints/ Suggestions
• Ensuring all safety rules and procedures are observed and followed, compliance to all government regulations (STRATA ACT) and guidelines
• Oversee daily tasks and Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of building
• Responsible for improving the standards and efficiency of the building

QUALIFICATION:
• Male with bachelor degree in property management or related
• Experience of Operation Manager in property industry, hotel or serviced apartment industry for at least more than 9-10 years
• Must be fluent in English in written and speaking; Japanese speaking skill is most welcome
• Posses own transport
