Mon – Fri 9:00-17:30
JOB DISCRIPTION:
・Preparing sales quotation, sales order, delivery order and then invoice
・Handle customer’s PO by taking note on the delivery date, item, printing, quantity, price, tax and delivery point
・In the case of item printing, liaise with production on the printing artwork and the schedule.
・Update to sales PIC in any sort of changing of their order such as, delivery date and delivery point.
・Preparation of sample delivery note and proforma invoice
・Preparation of month end invoice
・Handling of some customers request
・Handling on the called-in enquiries or walked-in enquiries when sales PIC is not around
・Monthly production planning based on the customer’s delivery date and the production’s availability
・Daily update on the item in and item out
・Perform weekly stock check
・Sometimes need to communicate with sales PIC in order to optimize the truck usage and cost (drop point, delivery date)
・Planning of truck pickup and delivery time to save cost and time

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
・At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (MUST)
・Request 1 year experience in admin or sales admin (MUST)
・Proficiency in microsoft word, ppt an excel
・Must be able to speak English well(MUST)
・Posses own transport
