\nMon – Fri 9AM – 5PM<\/p>\n
JOB SUMMARY:
\n* We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Administrator (Manager or Executive) to support our investment operations. This is a role suited for candidates with an accounting qualification & knowledge of investments, and fluency in English.
\n* The ideal candidate has experience in fund administration, private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), or finance\/accounting firm is preferable.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
\n* Assist in managing investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
\n* Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation related to investments.
\n* Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
\n* Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, and distributions.
\n* Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
\n* Assist in preparing investment reports and presentations.
\n* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth investment operations.
\n* Reporting Line: Head of Corporate Admin Team<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Min Bachelor degree in accounting or Finance.
\n* Min 4 years experiences in similar role, finance investment or accounting or taxation background is preferable
\n* Addtional Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferable.
\n* Japanese speaker is preferable
\n* Knowledge of investments and financial reporting is preferable
\n* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
\n* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
\n* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
\n* Must be willing to be outstation (Singapore office) if request<\/p>\n
