Job Responsibilities
\n1. Application troubleshooting
\n2. Reporting
\n3. Be expert in Business Operating System and Automation solutions design
\n4. Be a solution provider
\n5. Engage in global enhancement discussion with oversea sites
\n6. Leading operation team to realize effective & efficient operation<\/p>\n
Job Task
\n1. Expert in Automation Solutions for tasks automation
\n2. System master maintenance
\n3. Report generation and massaging
\n4. System monitoring and handling if found errors
\n5. Make PDCA to carry out operation improvement.
\n6. Provide solutions\/ideas to improve business operation flow\/productivity
\n7. Search new tools\/equipment to support business operation needs<\/p>\n
Competency Requirement
\n-Knowledge , skill, Abilities
\n1. Application Support knowledge in troubleshooting
\n2. Analysis skill and Logical thinking
\n3. Planning and Reporting skills
\n4. Working experience in Automation – RPA (UIPath), Power Automate, Power BI, planning & design architecture and IT support solution
\n5. Fluent in English and Malay<\/p>\n
