WORKING HOURS
\nMonday \u2013 Friday: 8am \u2013 5pm<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n* Oversee and manage IT support requests, addressing a high volume of technical issues to ensure timely resolution and exceptional service delivery.
\n* Provide 1st and 2nd level support for technical issues involving desktop clients, standard and client applications, and hardware issues.
\n* Deliver technical services to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, and IP phones (Android\/iPhone).
\n* Manage and maintain Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, MS Office applications, and network connectivity, including printer mapping and configurations.
\n* Configure and troubleshoot email messaging issues in Outlook, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
\n* Perform advanced troubleshooting on notebooks and PCs down to the board level, setting up peripheral devices, connecting devices to the network, and installing\/replacing hardware components (e.g., hard drives).
\n* Spearhead IT projects, including network upgrades and system implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrastructure improvements, including RJ45 cabling, faceplate upgrades, and network device configuration.
\n* Conduct assessments of user hardware specifications to facilitate upgrades and ensure optimal performance.
\n* Mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support to foster a collaborative team environment.
\n* Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and IT best practices to enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Efficiency \/ Required Skills
\n* Qualifications: Diploma in Computer Science or a related field; Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.
\n* Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in IT administration.
\n* In-depth knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server management, and networking concepts.
\n* Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
\n* Strong understanding of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
\n* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
\n* Ability to perform multi-tasking with effective time-management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
\n* Logical thought process with strong problem-solving capabilities.
\n* Basic knowledge of LAN cabling, WiFi access points, and switches troubleshooting.
\n* Familiarity with PBX telephone systems and VoIP technology.
\n* Certification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or similar networking qualifications is a plus.
\n* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps.(Create and Design workflow)
\n* Basic knowledge in manufacturing system environment ERP (D365), MRP<\/p>\n
