\nProject Engineer

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8AM- 5PM<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* The successful candidate will be actively involved in project implementation, on-site installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, and providing technical support to our customers.
\n* This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate customer requirements into actioon able feedback for the project team.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nA.Project Implementation
\n* Assist in executing engineering projects, including on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of machines and systems.
\n* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
\n* Liaise effectively between customers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
\n* Prepare progress reports and installation completion reports for internal and customer review.<\/p>\n
B.Troubleshooting & Support
\n* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues during and after commissioning.
\n* Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.<\/p>\n
C.Customer Training
\n* Deliver hands-on training sessions for customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
\n* Develop, update, and provide training materials, user guides, and documentation.<\/p>\n
D.Customer Communication
\n* Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges.
\n* Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is accurately conveyed and incorporated into project improvements.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
\n* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
\n* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
\n* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
\n* Possess own car and willing to travel and work on-site when required.
\n* Knowledge related to conveyor system or Automated Warehouse System is a plus.<\/p>\n
