\nProduction Engineering Department Head (Japanese Speaker)
\nSalary: up to RM10,000
\nLocation: Taman Perindustrian Batu Kawan, Pulau Penang

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8:00AM – 5:15PM<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* Formulate, support and implement the Company Quality Policy and ISO 9001 specifications.
\n* Ensure design products are delivered at competitive cost.
\n* Coordinate the completion of the various projects.
\n* Provide customer service.
\n* Participate in the research and development of new products to keep up with market trends.
\n* Hold regular meetings with staff on job requirements.
\n* Ensure that staff are aware of project cost price.
\n* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and confirm to customer’s specifications.
\n* Aware and keep record of project expenditure at various stages.
\n* Ensure designer responsible for the design of the various modules\/complete system product confirm to customer’s specification.
\n* Responsible for training of new staff and staff appraisals.
\n* Responsible for upgrading staff technical knowledge by sending them to seminars etc.
\n* To consider and approve suggestions and improvement from the team.
\n* To direct and lead the team to achieve company’s objectives.
\n* To approve drawings \/ design related documents \/ ISO related documents.
\n* To approve plan on the designing software, tools and equipment need to superior.
\n* To approve any purchase request.
\n*Any other job related activity\/assignment as directed by the superior.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Diploma\/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of related field.
\n* Min 5 years production engineering experience in manufacturing background
\n* Ability to plan, lead and coordinate with own department with other related party.
\n* Great time management, independent worker and fast learner.
\n* Japanese Speaker with JLPT N1
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
