JOB FUNCTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u30fb Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
\n\u30fb Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
\n\u30fb Coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
\n\u30fb Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.
\n\u30fb Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
\n\u30fb Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
\n\u30fb Plan, organize and control all aspects of the travel events activities to meet Company\u2019s customer service quality standards.
\n\u30fb Ability to independently source out tariffs from hotel, costing for coach\/restaurants and other venues and locations.
\n\u30fb Responsible for all budgetary costs, and preparation of the travel event.
\n\u30fb Responsible for developing, projecting & maintaining a market favorable image of the company and product-service solutions.
\n\u30fb Responsible for the preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential clients.
\n\u30fb Responsible for the management of the entire travel event project.
\n\u30fb Oversee subordinates in the team, teach and guide them in the destination operation coordination work.<\/p>\n
QUALIFCATIONS:
\n\u30fbCandidate must possess at least a Diploma\/Degree in related fields, such as Hotel Management, Travel Management or Event Management\/ Marketing.
\n\u30fbWorking experience in the related field, specializing in Events management, Marketing, travel agency Inbound knowledge or equivalent (MICE, Leisure & FIT)
\n\u30fbAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
\n\u30fbExcellent spoken and written communication skills (English& Mandarin)
\n\u30fbStrong negotiation skills
\n\u30fbA team player with strong work ethic
\n\u30fbPositive thinking and results oriented.
\n\u30fbAbility to work with minimal supervision.
\n\u30fbAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\u30fbStrong attention to details.
\n\u30fbAbility to manage a team.
\n\u30fb Possess own transport<\/p>\n
