JOB FUNCTION:
\n\u30fbPrepare full set of Accounts, handling daily accounting duties, especially Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and petty cash
\n\u30fbReporting to Operation Director<\/p>\n

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u30fb Prepare full set of Accounts, handling daily accounting duties, especially Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and petty cash
\n\u30fb Support month end closing process, reconciliations and reporting.
\n\u30fb Assist in budget checking for operations.
\n\u30fb Liaison with the insurance agent for updates\/information, consolidating the policies
\nissued, and to tally with insurance agent\u2019s invoice for payment.
\n\u30fb Liaison with internal operations, ticketing team and insurance agent for insurance claim.
\n\u30fb Provides understanding and support to all functional areas throughout the company including Office administrative and Procurement.
\n\u30fb Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with banks, tax advisors, auditors, vendors, and business partners.
\n\u30fb Cash flow management.
\n\u30fb Other Accounting and office administration.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbA tertiary qualification of accounting field
\n\u30fbMust be able to do Full set Accounting for at least 3 years
\n\u30fbExperience in office Administraive work
\n\u30fbExcellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Mandarin is a must)
\n\u30fbA team player with strong work ethic
\n\u30fbPositive thinking and results oriented.
\n\u30fbAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\u30fbAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
\n\u30fb Strong attention to details.
\n\u30fbPossess own transport<\/p>\n
