\nReservation and Ticketing Assistant Manager
\nPlace: Menara Haw Par, KL

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 9:00-17:30
\n(Lunch Break 1 hours)<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u30fbWork with other departments on airline ticketing requirements.
\n\u30fbAttend to customers and reply Flight and Fare Enquiries & emails.
\n\u30fbHandling Group Airlines Ticketing and Query, Request and Refunds\/re-booking of tickets.
\n\u30fbDealing with various airlines.
\n\u30fbHandling Series, non-series, ad-hoc booking including but not limited to making booking, filing PNR to Q to HDQ for confirmation, insert names in group, name change, correction,
\nsplit, route change, monitor group change, send prints of confirmed PNR.
\n\u30fbSales on flight booking \/ reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement for all our corporate clients.
\n\u30fbssist clients for visa application for necessary Country.
\n\u30fbIssuing invoices, monitoring invoicing and collections of outstanding debts for Cash Term
\ncustomers.
\n\u30fbTo hold the rotating 24\/7 mobile phone and laptop.
\n\u30fbEnsure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing ticketing services in a professional manner and professional behavior for the benefit of our Company\u2019s Image.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
\n\u30fb For the Executive position, minimum 1 year working experience.
\n\u30fb Good understanding of Airline\/Aviation\/Travel industry.
\n\u30fb Ability to use Sabre system.
\n\u30fb Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
\n\u30fb A team player with strong work ethic
\n\u30fb Positive thinking and results oriented.
\n\u30fb Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\u30fb Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
\n\u30fb Strong attention to details
\n\u30fb Possess own transport<\/p>\n
