WORKING HOUR & REST DAY:
\nBased on shift – morning and evening shift<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Assist prepare ingredients for the chef.
\n* Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
\n\u2022 Create signature items for the restaurant and creatively planning with other chefs and prep staff, considering special requests and food allergies
\n\u2022 Maintain high quality of omakase menu items and customer presentations
\n\u2022 Prepare raw fish and ingredients in an appropriate manner
\n\u2022 Recommend new, modern recipes
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards
\n\u2022 Customize orders to suit preferences
\n\u2022 Monitor and handle inventory of supplies
\n* Maintain the kitchen and utensils clean and tidy.
\n* Assist with tasks that given by superiors.
\n\u2022 Any other duties assigned in running the operations<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u2022 Minimum 2 years of culinary experience
\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of omakase preparation and food safety requirements
\n\u2022 Able to stand for extended hours
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and time-management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work both fast and accurately, good teamwork
\n\u2022 Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 Certification from a culinary school is an additional merit
\n* Team player with a helpful attitude.
\n* Positive attitude & willing to learn and accept feedback.
\n* Must be willing to work in KL and working shifts
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
