JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n\u00b7 Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability covers local and overseas region.
\n\u00b7 Responsible for the performance and development of sales staff. \u00b7 Providing guidance and directions to sales staff, including setting performance standard and monitoring performance.
\n\u00b7 Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
\n\u00b7 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
\n\u00b7 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
\n\u00b7 Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Staff\u2019s sales and activity performance.
\n\u00b7 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
\n\u00b7 Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
\n\u00b7 Work hand-in-hand with the Supply Chain Team for proper logistic arrangement.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
\n\u00b7 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
\n\u00b7 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
\n\u00b7 Sets examples for sales staff in areas of personal character, commitment,organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
\n\u00b7 Conducts regular coaching and counselling with Sales Staff to build motivation and selling skills.
\n\u00b7 Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u00b7 Possess at least Diploma\/Degree in Management, Marketing or relevant qualification
\n\u00b7 Proven few years experiences in sales managerial role.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Able to write and speak good English.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Have sales exposure and good communication skills with all level.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Willing to travel local and overseas within any boundaries.
\n\u00b7 Able to work independently
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Possess own transport and willing to be outstation<\/p>\n
