\nMonday – Friday:\u00a0 8am – 5pm<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\nA. AR :
\n\u00b7 Monitor and oversee day to day Accounts Receivable (AR) matters
\n\u00b7 Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily receipt voucher and updating of cash book
\n\u00b7 Responsible for the AR function and the accurancy
\n\u00b7 Eensure AR function is executed in an efficient and competents
\n\u00b7 Ensure credit assessment are properly performed in line with the compliance of internal policies, guidelines and procedures
\nB. AP :
\n\u00b7 Monitor and oversee day to day Accounts Payable (AP) matters
\n\u00b7 Ensure timely preparation and submission of payment voucher and updating of cash book daily
\n\u00b7 Responsible for the AP function and the accurancy
\n\u00b7 Ensure credit assessment are properly performed in line with the compliance of internal policies, guidelines and procedures
\nC. GL :
\n\u00b7 Monitor and oversee day to day General Ledger (GL) matters
\nD. FIXED ASSETS :
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Monitor Fixed Assets Recognition & Inspection
\nE. INVENTORY :
\n\u00b7 Inventory control by preparing several types of reports
\nF. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS :
\n\u00b7 Assist to handle full \/ partial set of accounts
\n\u00b7 Assist to prepare and deliver the Management Accounts on time
\nG.AUDITING :
\n\u00b7 Assist to prepare audting reports
\nH.TAXATION & SST (GST ):
\n\u00b7 Monitor GST preparation and submission
\n\u00b7 Check GST Website frequently and update Accounts Staff
\nI.Coporate Tax & Other Taxes :
\n\u00b7 Assist to attend to tax related matters such as tax estimation, corporate tax submission, withholding tax
\n\u00b7 To liase or interface with government tax authorities and tax agents on tax matters
\n\u00b7 Familiar with Malaysia taxation regulations & statutory requirement to ensure compliance with local regulations relating to taxation<\/p>\n
OTHERS :
\n\u00b7 Interact closely with Singapore Branch Office \/ India Offie \/ Indonesia Office staff and professional firm
\n\u00b7 Liase with corporate secretary
\n\u00b7 Prepare ad-hoc reports required by management and any other duties assigned by the management from time to time<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u00b7 Possess Bachelor in accounting or finance
\n\u00b7 Min 5 years related working experience in related field
\n\u00b7 Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
\n\u00b7 The candidate must be personal integrity, trustworthy, accountability, diligent and meticulous
\n\u00b7 Willing to face obstacles and solve troublesome works and handle ambiguity & pressure well
\n\u00b7 Able to multitask, responsible and willing to work hard in a fast paced, high growth work environment
\n\u00b7 Able to meet tight schedule for submission by cut-off date and deadline
\n\u00b7 Willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Possess own transport and willing to work in Pasir Gudang<\/p>\n
SKILLS:
\n\u00b7 GOOD IN COST ACCOUNTING (FAMILIARIZE IN ABSORPTION COSTING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
\n\u00b7 INVENTORY CONTROL
\n\u00b7 WELL KNOWLEDGE IN TAXATION (SUCH AS, DEFERRED TAX, WITHHOLDING TAX, CORPORATE TAX, SST & ETC)
\n\u00b7 GOOD IN EXCEL, POWER POINTS AND ETC
\n\u00b7 WILLING TO DO HANDS ON JOBS (SUCH AS DATA KEY IN INTO ACCOUNTING SYSTEM)
\n\u00b7 IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE IF HAS BACKGROUND FROM AUDIT FIRM \/ TAX FIRM \/ ACCOUNTING FIRM<\/p>\n
