\nMonday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm<\/p>\n

JOB FUNCTION:
\nMain function is to assist sales manager on documentation preparation<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u2022 Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
\n\u2022 Handle order processing and ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
\n\u2022 Maintain and update customer databases.
\n\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, pricing, and order status.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with logistics or operations to ensure timely delivery of products\/services.
\n\u2022 Handle after-sales support issues including returns, complaints, and feedback.
\n\u2022 Prepare sales materials, presentations, and other collateral.
\n\u2022 Any ad hoc duties requested by HOD.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u2022 Possess Bachelor in business administration or equivalent
\n\u2022 Min 2 years experience in manufacturing industry in sales related position (sales admin\/ sales support \/ sales assistant)
\n\u2022 Literate Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT
\n\u2022 Able to join immediately is add advantege
\n\u2022 Possess own transport and willing to work in Shah Alam<\/p>\n
